How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase is simple! Find the items you wish to purchase through our products page, add the desired quantity to your cart, and checkout with our simple and quick process! Create an account, and you will see all of your orders and their status. If you have a specific order question, please email us at sales@warriordepot.shop.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
When an order is confirmed, you should receive an email from sales@warriordepot.shop notifying you of changes involving your order. You can also see the order status if you have a customer account or by emailing us at sales@warriordepot.shop with your name, date of order, and order number, and we will get back to you!
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Absolutely! We get it; mistakes happen; as long as your order has not been marked "Shipped," we can change the address to which you would like your items delivered.

At this time, we do not. We only service the United States.
When will my order be shipped?
Our processing time is typically 1-3 business days. We package orders on the same day in most cases.
What is your return policy?
Warrior Depot stands behind the products we sell and takes great pride in ensuring your order is safely packed. If, for any reason, your item arrives damaged or fails within 30 days, you can email us at returns@warriordepot.shop with a brief description of the problem you have encountered, and we will do our best to make it right. Please note that Warrior Depot will pay for all return shipping; customers may be responsible for purchasing packaging materials if the original packaging is not reusable.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
How long it takes to receive your order depends on a few factors: your location, the shipping service you choose, and the time your package is handed over to the courier. Our processing times are typically between 1-3 business days, and delivery for most packages within the United States is between 3-5 business days as an estimate.
