Please be on the lookout in your email inbox as well as order updates are frequently sent out via email.

You can place an order by simply finding the product you wish to purchase, adding it to your cart, and following our simple checkout process. If you have any special order requests, please feel free to contact us at sales@warriordepot.shop.

Orders are processed as soon as you complete the checkout process. You will see a charge on your preferred payment method immediately, and an email confirming your order will be sent to your selected email address. Package handling time is typically no more than three business days, given no shipping complications.

When your order arrives will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your location. Our typical processing and handling time is 3 business days, and most common shipping methods will take approximately 4-5 business days within the United States. Some shipping times are more expedited than others.

Our return policy is simple: if, for any reason, a product needs to be returned, please email us at returns@warriordepot.shop with your order number and a brief description of why you would like to return our item. Warrior Depot will only accept returns for unused items without apparent signs of use. If your product is damaged upon arrival, please briefly describe the damages, and we will return your item. Warrior Depot will process all shipping labels at no cost to you. Returns customers may have to purchase return shipping packaging if the original packaging cannot be re-used.
